How do I reset my password or update my account details?

Overview

Your Byleron QDA account is the same account you use on the website. To reset a forgotten password, use the “Lost your password?” link on the sign-in page and follow the email. To change your name, email or password while signed in, open the User or Account page from the site navigation. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then contact support.

What to do

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose “Lost your password?”, or open your Account page when signed in.
  2. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
  3. If you change your email, sign out and back in with the new address.
  4. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, contact support with your account email.
