Where do I report a privacy or security concern?
Overview
Use Contact support in the Help Center and choose the topic that fits, describing what you saw without attaching confidential research material or sharing passwords. Say which project and page it concerned, when it happened, and what you expected. If a concern involves personal data that you are responsible for, also follow your own institution’s incident procedure.
What to do
- Open Contact support and choose a topic.
- Describe the problem and give dates and page names, but not participant data or passwords.
- Change your password at once if you think your account was accessed by someone else.
