Why does Results say an item has no saved table or figure?

Overview

The view in Analysis was empty, or the figure was not drawn yet, when you added it. Results needs a table or figure with data before it can write about it.

What to do

  1. Go back to Analysis and make sure the output shows data.
  2. Run any query, calculation or comparison it needs first.
  3. Choose Add figure or Add table again, or Refresh from Analysis on the existing item.
