What information does Byleron QDA store about me and my work?

1 min readAccount and plans

Overview

The service stores the content you create in a project: files and their text, codes, coding, memos, variables, analysis settings and Results Builder drafts. It stores your account details held by the website, such as your name and email, and your plan. It also keeps usage records for AI and transcription (which feature, how much and when) so plan allowances can be applied, and a project activity history that shows what was changed and by which account. The privacy notice is the authoritative statement of what is kept, for how long, and where.

What to do

  1. Open the privacy notice and read the sections on stored data and retention.
  2. Export a backup if you want your own copy of your project content.
  3. Contact support for anything the privacy notice does not answer.
